When will we hear that the Bring Drug Manufacturing Back to America, Again rally has been announced?

Heck....Bring ALL Manufacturing Back to America, Again rally.

What ever happened to this...I haven’t heard a word, about this, during this entire virus/med shortage debacle....

Trump vows to bring drug production back to US
12-Jan-2017 By Gareth Macdonald

President elect Donald Trump has said he will bring drug manufacturing back to the US and introduce bidding measures to cut the amount the country spends on medicines.

POTUS has done a wonderful job of bringing back a good amount of manufacturing to the USA...but, how - why - in the world, did this vital product/market get left behind?

Lookner

Paraguay Two cases, but they are on my (cgbg) wavelength—closed all schools, banned large gatherings.

_That_ is how it is done, folks.

_Two_ cases and act!

People saw this coming two months ago. Why didn’t they pay attention. This is not Trumps fault.

Are sure you understand the political situation?

It does not matter if it is President Trump's fault. He is the "face" so to speak of the Federal government - and the Federal response.

The whole issue of defective test materials, people not being tested, etc. - there's going to be people who blame President Trump.

And think about people from other countries with COVID-19 issues flying into the US and not being adequately screened? Should those flights have been cancelled? Restricted?

What does President Trump say? "I told them to cancel those flights?"

It's just the way it is. How he deals with the issue over the long term will factor into if he gets re-elected.

My wife is upset because I want take her to a Saint Patrick’s Day event. She has a condition, so she should not be out if there is a virus nearby.

all your gloves belong to us

Both Adajla and Holmes said that if people stock up on gloves, that could lead to shortages for health care professionals and those who actually need the supplies. Similar shortages already exist with masks, hand sanitizer and some cleaning products.

“The CDC is reporting that hospitals especially are having some difficulty getting masks and gloves,” Holmes said. “A lot of those gloves and masks are made in China, and the state and federal government don’t have enough stockpiled. If this goes on for several months, there is a possibility we could run out of gloves and masks.”
Holmes emphasized trying to maintain social distancing

“I will say it’s my ‘professional opinion’ and we’ll leave it at that”

Are you a geneticist, or epidemiologist?

What is your specialty?

I don’t want to know who your work for, or where, just some indicator of expertise.

We will be overrun with incoming from Italy .

Thank you WH for the scary plan for the US

Do people not think that as we get closer to the election that Democrats will blame President Trump for not shutting down flights? Of course they will.

It's politics. There were hardball politics during the Civil War!

It's just the way it is.

If you don’t know, why are you advocating for us to follow their practices that you know nothing about? If you are not proposing a solution, quit criticizing people that are doing the work. Sit quietly.

“I will say it’s my ‘professional opinion’ and we’ll leave it at that.”

I doubt that you’re better informed than Steve Hatfield and he’s not ruling out the wet market. The CDC hasn’t been allowed in Wuxan to investigate. How would your knowledge be any better.

Those weird Euros. MM for Million, M for Thousand? What happened to their metric system with just M and K!? Also, mixing up decimal places with comas and putting them in the wrong places! We fought a war to escape that stuff! Posting it should be a bannable offense! /s

On point, 480K deaths is ridiculous hyperbole.

Does she have a mask? She needs to wear it and touch NOTHING in the Atlanta airport.

If I were her, I would rent a car and drive it
