It basically ran through an entire hospital in one of those nations before they figured out how it was transmitted...and that hospital was airconditioned. Hospitals in other parts of the region that had SARS patients were, at the time, not airconditioned.

Other than my immediate family, which is now in self-imposed lockdown here in Texas, that is the assumption I’m making. Everyone, even my best friends now have it...or, at least, are assumed to have it.

I won’t out myself.
But the wet market origin theory is completely wrong. Completely silly even. Nearly half of the original patients had zero contact with the wet market.
This virus didn’t come directly from a bat to humans.
It didn’t pass through pangolins either. Or snakes or whatever zoonotic ‘intermediary’ the ccp has put forth.
I will say it’s my ‘professional opinion’ and we’ll leave it at that.
