Look into the Pomona’s. You can get it by the pound, too, instead of just in the small, expensive packets.

I LOVE the stuff for canning because of the reasons I mentioned above.

You can also use citrus.

I slice my meyer lemons and freeze them (you can also freeze whole lemons) to use as pectin.
