[Blackwood, New Jersey] House Speaker Nancy Pelosi stumped in South Jersey Saturday on behalf of U.S. House Rep. Donald Norcross in his campaign for re-election.
Pelosi was joined by New Jersey Governor, Phil Murphy (D) and Senator Corey Booker (D), all of whom are staunchly against Second Amendment rights, and are known to push for gun control.
The Democrats were met by hundreds of peaceful protestors who filled the sidewalk at Camden County College, demonstrating and holding pro-Second Amendment and pro-Trump signs.
A civilian on the sidewalk snapped this photo, showing a member of the Democrats’ security force, dangerously pointing a firearm at the crowd of civilians. By any standard, this unequivocally violates basic safety rules and calls into question training, and protocol.
William J. Hayden who attended the protest said: “You can clearly see he is pointing the weapon at us. This is why they want complete and total disarmament of the civilian population. And in New Jersey, where the right is diminished, this should be a wake up call to even those that think only the government should have firearms……”
Pointing a rifle at one’s political enemies could be aggravated assault at a minimum, but worse, it bears the hallmarks of tyranny.
New Jersey is one of the most infringed states in the nation. Less than .01 percent of gun owners in the state have carry permits. The standard for carry permits requires the applicant to prove “justifiable need”. Hardly anyone can meet the standard, even those who have been threatened by criminals, and repeatedly kidnapped.

Using the rifle scope to check something out? That is what binoculars are for. I always take binoculars with me when hunting because it is too tempting to use the rifle scope to check out an intruder.

Question. What if the protesters hired their own armed security? Would that be a justifiable shoot?
Since when does Nanzi Pelosi’s security team need an active spotter targeting political opponent voters?
A sniper with a rifle on a roof pointing it at a crowd of people could just as easy been viewed as a hostile assailant and targeted by an armed citizen and shot. In a court of law, I would find the citizen innocent. That’s why you never point a firearm at anyone unless you intend to pull the trigger.......
Would someone yelling at the top of their lungs “Oh my God, there’s a sniper on that rooftop aiming at us!” then bolting in a display of sheer panic and terror be a good thing or a bad thing? Would it matter if the aforementioned someone could get a few of their friends to institute a herd mentality? I’m asking for a friend.
I think Carlos Hathcock is reputed to have put one through the scope, eyeball and brain of a sniper.

The spotter has no glass. The “shooter” aimed at the crowd with a rifle, is scanning through his scope. Why was the rifle being aimed at the crowd? Should officers on the street and held their pistols in a firing stance just to be ready?

That’s just an overused line from the hit movie “Blackhawk Down”. And even in the movie, the guy using it is acting like an idiot. That -one- line, written by a Hollywood scriptwriter, has spawned a wave of morons who think that way.
Nobody, anywhere, not even Delta, walks around the chowhall chambered & safety off. With an AR it’s pointless. From the sling he cannot get on target faster than that safety can be flicked off.
