Gov. Phil Murphy and Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver say that the first “presumptive positive” case of novel coronavirus or COVID-19 has been detected in New Jersey.
The governor says that the patient is a man in his 30s who has been hospitalized in Bergen County since March 3

And I’m wondering it they know that smoking history means almost certain death with this virus.
And they are using “preexisting condition” as another term for smoker so as not to panic the 34.2 million smokers in the US.
If it leads to quarantines and something does happen to the water supply, we of course need that a lot sooner than we need food. And I’ve got some here too, but not really that much in the scheme of things.
