Use coconut oil...it also puts a protective barrier on your skin.
Thanks for posting that.
In news...
“The Spokane Regional Health District still had not received the results of a COVID-19 coronavirus test for a Spokane “person under investigation” from the Gonzaga University community as of Wednesday, March 4, despite the fact that the test was taken on Saturday. “

Seems we could do better.
from the chart of studies he has at about the 10:40 mark, the grouping shows less than 20mcg (800 IU), 20-50mcg and >50.
So he’s pointing out that more than 50mcg/day (2000 IU) isn’t better - less is better as daily maintenance. The 50mcg I have says 250% of DV. Yours says 125%? I think we’re both ok with what we have.
Well, considering all of the othe personal info they gave out, on the NYC lawyer guy....I think we’d know that, about him.
Just sayin’.
Mucinex has gotten expensive! I keep it on hand anyway, but geez - price shock about $1/pill - of course, Walgreens, the most expensive pharm in town, but still.
My youngest (22yo) is coming home from Smith in MA for spring break next week.
Im going crazy about how to tell her I dont want her here!
She is the most wonderful daughter in the world, but all of my precautions so far will be blown out of the water the moment she walks in the door!
And I have to go to the Atlanta airport, pick her up, and drive 25 minutes home.
I know, I’m being nitpicky, but those boxes and jars sitting on the countertops need to get themselves into those cabinets. There’s so many a mouse could set up a house and nobody’d ever know
My D3 are 1000 IU each, and I take three usually to maintain my levels. I just increased it to four a day.
Very true and sad .
Thanks, Jane! Another thing to add to my next Amazon order.
I live reasonably close to Smith (30 miles or so) and western MA has not any issues so far.
The airport in this area (Bradley Field) has limited international travel.
She (and you) are probably ok for next week.
If you said the end of the month for her arrival I would be more concerned.
Check Amazon. I just got a 100 pack for around 30 bucks.
Thanks.
I had to look that one up. K2 right? tricky little vitamin tho because it interacts negatively with blood thinners.
how about I just eat a bunch of brussel sprouts instead? (and no, I’m not eating kale. not doing it)
Mine were drying out so bought a lotion for this desk.
“community” = not known.
Remember—he worked in Manhattan so there probably are a whole bunch of unknown cases in those high rises....
I would expect to see the NYC numbers explode if they start testing hospital patients.
His only recent travel had been to Miami (so of course he could have caught it at airports or on the plane).
You’ll be fine. My youngest is flying in on from Denver for the weekend. I’ll sanitize her when she gets here and send her home with meds and sanitizers. Lol. If I have to separate myself from my kids, I don’t want to be around anyway.
Nobody knows....or isnt saying.
OMG I hate kale under no circumstances would I eat kale either!!!
