Y2K--It is amazing our marriage survived.

I made my wife walk a mile to the nearest restaurant where we celebrated New Year's Eve.

Why? Because I was worried the electronics on the car would fail at midnight. ;-)

We are still happily married, probably because she so enjoys reminding me about that incident!

I spent months getting Lufthansa Y2K ready in Frankfurt, Germany. On New Year's Eve, I was sitting next to my wife in the San Diego Sheriff Dept dispatch center. It was a non-event there. A quiet night for a New Year's Eve.
