Drudge is paying “contributions in kind” to Biden’s election campaign - the top left is links screaming about CoronaVirus and the center of the page is dominated by giant red letters and a picture of a smiling Biden in the midst of a throng of supporters. *smh*

I’m thinking more like she will feign illness to prevent testifying. How can someone too ill to testify run for VP?

I’ve always maintained that the litany of Federal Crimes recited by James 8. Corney can still be prosecuted. Just because it was turned down for prosecution by Corney & Co. doesn’t mean some other “less reasonable” prosecutor would bring charges.
Double Jeopardy only exists in a court decision.

Humm. Toll the statute of limitations under color of authority? Probably not in a DC court and especially by any Clinton appointed justice or judge!

This is from the article numberonepal just pointed you to.
"The nine cases include four tied to a suburban Seattle care facility that has reported multiple virus cases and deaths."
In addition I read in another report that all those who died were 70 to 80 plus years of age.
Hope that helps.

Excerpt:
The settlement resolved the Department’s claims that El Expreso discriminated against U.S. workers due to a hiring preference for temporary visa workers, in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). This settlement is part of the Department’s Protecting U.S. Workers Initiative, which targets, investigates, and brings enforcement actions against companies that discriminate against U.S. workers because they prefer to hire foreign visa workers. Since the Initiative’s inception, employers have agreed to pay or have distributed a combined total of more than $1.1 million to U.S. workers and civil penalties to the United States.
