Count Vlad has decided to do the John Lennon classic Imagine. In this version the Count has changed the lyrics to be more positive and not anti religious. If you enjoy the music please subscribe to the channel.

On the one hand I always thought Lennon’s Imagine was stupidly adolescent. On the other hand you don’t go changing a guy’s lyrics. Write your own damn song.
According to his butler (See “Beatles Stories” a streaming movie) John ended up a conservative and was somewhat embarrassed by the lyrics to Imagine.
In fact, he related a story that John said he would have definitely voted for Reagen over Jimmy Carter had he been an American citizen.

You do not know if he has secured permission from the author.
Well, the author is dead. The copywriter holder may have a say. I’d doubt that the fair use thing would allow re-writing the song.
