ERBIL, Kurdistan Region Iraqs ministry of health says it has confirmed five new cases of the coronavirus in Iraq, four in the capital Baghdad and one in Babil province.
There are now 13 known cases of the virus in Iraq but no deaths. There are no confirmed cases in the Kurdistan Region.
They were under the supervision of the Ministry of Health staff and their samples were taken for laboratory tests, the ministry said in a statement on Facebook.
Later on, it was found that the results of their tests are positive and they are currently in the private rooms inside the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment to follow up their health status.

If he goes on there and says its like the flu, Im going to throw up. People want to hear what the risks are and what the government is doing about it.
odd he having another presser so soon and without much warning
Wonder what that’s about..
here’s another traveler’s story RE: Feb 2nd port of entry. The central theme to these stories, is, the traveler is disappointed that there isn’t more emphasis on importance of quarantine and casualness of travelers towards airport infection once back in the USA. Let’s hope it’s changed since then? (bear in mind that Feb 2 was the first day of flight restrictions)

Yep. The following is a MUST READ from S.Korea:
According to the authorities, a 73-year-old woman who was coronal 19 patients 25 days ago was reconfirmed after complete cure.
The patient was diagnosed with Corona 19 on the 9th of the month after living with his son (26 patients) and daughter-in-law (27 patients) who visited Guangdong Province, China.
After being quarantined at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital for medical treatment, he was discharged on the 22nd, but reported on the 27th that he had minor symptoms at the public health center. This patient is taken to a national isolation hospital.
Kwon said, If it is normal, it will be able to defend itself when the virus is reinvaded by the formation of immunity such as antibodies while undergoing the virus. He explained.
“There are also some opinions that some viruses may not be completely killed,” he said. “There are some known cases of recurrences where the virus is amplified and confirmed again.”
*******Kwon said, Over 10 cases have been reported not only in Korea but also in China, and recently in Japan, Kwon said. Through the advice of the Central Clinical Committee, we can see if the case is clinically recurring. I will review it. .*******

I hope the CDC is paying attention
Seeing what is going on in CA, WA, and OR, we may need to start looking at travel restrictions within the US, not just overseas.
and here’s two more about CV patients in China:

I think for one he is going to clarify that he does not think CV is a hoax. I didnt hear the speech but I think the TDS crew took something he said at the rally last night and is twisting it to mean something he did not mean.
STOP THE FLIGHTS!!!
BREAKING: Italy reports 239 new cases of coronavirus and 8 new deaths, raising total to 1,128 cases and 29 dead
Amazon has already stopped its employees’ nonessential international AND domestic travel.
Agreed. Wont help cases already here, but will slow down the load.
You know everybody and their brother is trying to get to the US right now.
Agreed. I didn’t hear it either but the left went nuts over it. Context is everything. We’ll see.
My hospital is well prepared now. But capacity is always going to be challenging- if it spikes anywhere it gets tricky.
The number of people in intensive care units has risen to 105 in Italy
Our neighbor has a lemon tree so we get free lemon juice, and use the cubes thru the summer. Really convenient when you only need a few tablespoons of juice and no bottle to clutter up the refrig door.
I don’t care if elites are sitting on the furniture at your nudity club—I ain’t joinin’ ‘em!
Im so glad to hear your hospital is ready. Was it mostly in house or did the Feds provide anything?
Do you know if any hospitals or health agencies are talking about drive-through CV testing like they do in South Korea? I think it could cut down on exposure for HCW. The hospital/doctor/nurse outbreaks overseas worry me for our providers here.
That's an easy decision, but it's one no politician will make.
I dont t mean join them, lol, I mean what they do would tip us off to how bad things are.
That’s an easy decision, but it’s one no politician will make.
I meant for just South Korea and Italy for now..
like we did with China
