Well, let’s see. I can choose an unreliable, scraggly-haired, tattooed employee for $15/hour or I can choose an “employee” who will work 24 hours a day for $3.00/hour. Which do I choose?

We went to a local Denny’s for breakfast early, 4 AM, on Sunday.
The cook looked like he just crawled out of a dumpster.
Dirty, wrinkly Denny’s shirt, had what looked like open sores on his arms................

Ah, $15.00 is just the ante.
The there is 7% social security, then there is health insurance, then there is workers comp to fund all the disabled workers claims and then there is unemployment insurance.
Easy $20-25.000 per hour cost to employer with all overhead

I can choose an unreliable, surly,
scraggly-haired, tattooed employee, who is going to cost me a fortune in workman's comp claims and mandated medical insurance
for a mandated
$15/hour or I can choose an employee who will work 24 hours a day for $3.00/hour. Which do I choose? There. Fixed.
