A classic, even if not instantly so. It is the story of so many cubicle lives, both in the government and the private sector.
I had read (and I don’t know it to be true) that Scott Adams, the Dilbert cartoonist, was asked when there was going to be a “Dilbert” movie.
His reply was that there already was, and it was called “Office Space”.
Love this movie. Lived this movie.
I. Love. This. Movie!
I might be the only person on this thread who actually saw it in a movie theatre.
So many people like Bill Lundberg out there.
I must have missed something. Have no idea what you people are talking about.
The animated series was ok.
Another season or two and Dilbert TAS might have done well.
It was only last year that I saw the whole movie.
Why should I change my name? He’s the one that sucks.
A TPS Report!
Damn!
“The Bobs”
The REAL Michael Bolton screen test for the movie - absolutely hilarious!!!

The greatest movie ever made...
I will never pass up a chance to see it again.
I’ve wanted to toss my laptop off the Golden Gate Bridge like a Frisbee. Haven’t done it yet. Some tattletale with a cell phone would report me for littering.
This movie reminded me so much of working in Boeing IT. We even had TPS reports.
“A movie like ‘The Jerk’ not only would not be made, but the screenwriters proposing it would get thrown out of the office.”
Another fave of mine. Also, I’m offended because I, too, was born a poor black child. ;)
I’ve got to start putting together a list of my favorite comedies and make sure I have them on hand. ;)
I worked night shift in a cubicle environment that had a clone for every and I mean every character in the film...disheveled Milton, porn seeking Asian guy almost same name, eternal pessimist Tom, foo manchu mustache Lawrence, smarmy Lundbergh and profane rap loving nerd (me) in the opposite gender. Dragging the printer cables like entrails of a slaughtered deer. Soundtrack superb, especially during the floppy disk hand off. Office Space and Blazing Saddles, always room for one more watch.
