Officials at the Department of Health and Human Services sent more than a dozen workers to receive the first Americans evacuated from Wuhan, China, the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak, without proper training for infection control or appropriate protective gear, according to a whistleblower complaint.
The workers did not show symptoms of infection and were not tested for the virus, according to lawyers for the whistleblower, a senior HHS official based in Washington who oversees workers at the Administration for Children and Families, a unit within HHS.
The whistleblower is seeking federal protection, alleging she was unfairly and improperly reassigned after raising concerns about the safety of these workers to HHS officials, including those within the office of Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar. She was told Feb. 19 that if she does not accept the new position in 15 days, which is March 5, she would be terminated.

I hear MINORITY leader Chuck Schumer and Pelops practically every night on the news.
I hear nothing from the GOP leadership.
Push the story and narrative - until it doesn’t.
The GOPe have always done the absolute minimum required in support of POTUS. Frankly, it’s obvious they hate him every bit as much as Schumer and Pelosi do.

We are not sure whether we heard this correctly, but CBS nightly news reported that one of those planes Federal workers disembarked and went into the general population. (Not sure)

They were planning to transfer them thru an unused terminal in Anchorage. That specific terminal is closed till spring.

The cockpit crew were well SEALED off from the rest of the plane. NO interaction at all.
Kalitta Air is a CARGO airline. The evacuated people were loaded into & exited at the back of the plane behind the wings thru a side door. The plane apparently had TEMPORARY seats installed to accommodate the passengers they are bringing out.
I saw a couple of pics of the inside of the plane during the trip back to USA, and the staff assisting the passengers WERE in hazmat suits.
Bleach is what we have been told is the cleaning agent for surfaces. In a pressure washer, it would spray with power & most likely do the job. Bleach sales are already up all over the USA.
The willingness of the flight crew of Kalitta Air to even go get those people out of China & off the Diamond Princess in Japan should be applauded.
I would bet that when this is considered under control, those seats will be burned. Cheap price to pay, IMO.
The pilots are breathing the same air. Same ventilation system.
