This appears to be misinformation based on the CDC website. As the President indicated in his news conference there were 14 confirmed cases in the US. Twelve these were travel related. Here’s the link:

The Bay Area is about 1/4 - 1/3 Asian, predominantly Chinese.
There’s probably tons of unreported cases due to the long dormancy of the virus. People having traveled in the last two months to the infected areas are probably all at risk.

According to a tweet I just saw it is Solano County, home of Travis AFB, site of recent quarantines. Not saying that isn’t accurate, but the sources I have seen are Sac Bee (McClatchy) and WaPo. It’s times like these it would be nice to have some reliable news organizations reporting on stuff. Those aren’t that.
