Most of the people who are hysterical appear to have nothing except what they’ve gotten from the media. And even if you’re convinced that the worst will happen, hysteria doesn’t help.

I assume it was on threads I haven’t frequented, but I have not seen any comments I consider hysterical. I have primarily seen discussions about prepping (food/water/ammo/masks/etc.).
The media has been downplaying this for weeks.
So if the pandemic doesn’t materialize, are you going to assume it was all hype? Or will you acknowledge that perhaps the CDC knew what it was doing and actually took the public health measures necessary to prevent the pandemic, and that if they hadn’t done so, it may have truly gone pandemic?
