Thanks, that’s what I figure...and perhaps I will cough up another $100 and replace my old bags - it’s beginning to be tempting, while I still can!
Tonight they were out of pinto beans (25 lb. bags) and the 6 gallon food storage bucket were all gone.
Everything else was fairly normal.

Italian oil and gas contractor Saipem has confirmed that more than 2,000 staff are working from home due to the coronavirus.
Around 2,196 employees, many whom are based in the firm’s headquarters in Milan, are under what Saipem called “smart working”.
My late wife, from India, did many times. As I said in a comment just a minute ago, nutritional content declines, but not obvious from taste or texture. And she was quite knowledgeable about Asian foodstuffs, having owned an Indian grocery store years ago. Her death was nothing to do with food!
Notice how we are getting NO “field reports” from Wuhan. Not a speck of first hand accounting.
That is phenomenally tight control in a modern world.

My coworker, who is in his 60s is married to a pharmacist of about the same age. He had no idea that the Chinese control our drug supply. But what was really scary is that neither did his pharmacist wife. I told him to look at a medication and see if it says where it was made...it doesn’t, none do. They carved out an exception to labeling requirements because ‘people would become upset’ if they knew that virtually all our drugs come from China.
...now they’ll find out, finally.

I often wonder why everyone is so focused on proving China did this intentionally or whether it’s a bio weapon, or it’s a deep state conspiracy. If this is going to shut down the world economy, or if it’s going to make millions sick there is nothing to be gained by pointing a finger, coughing up a lung, and dropping dead in the street.
But really Deep State Conspiracy? For what purpose. And then what will you do with the information?

There were a pair of posters who harped on the ‘necessity’ of outsourcing it and any hint you didn’t think it was a great idea was met with being labeled a racist and wanting granny to eat catfood because her meds were so spendy. ie, ‘why do you hate asians and poor old people!?’

Figures...probably had some ‘special interest’. I’ve noticed that pattern in people who are arrogant, defensive, and making illogical arguments. Often they’ll either give themselves away, or their posting history will give them away.

No, you suggested I would use them as reliable so I merely indicated to you I was agreeing with your implication.
Deep state wants Trump out. They think tanking the economy is the best way to do it.
Their religion, and Freepers know this as well as any, includes communist-derived ideas like using a crisis to get power.
