COLUMBIA, S.C. Busy in Nevada before Saturday’s caucus vote, former Vice President Joe Biden is sending one of his top surrogates down to South Carolina less than two weeks ahead of the state’s Democratic presidential primary.

Former U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who in 2004 ran for president as the Democratic nominee, will join Biden’s sister, Valerie Biden Owens, and Biden’s senior campaign advisor Symone Sanders on Biden’s “Soul of the Nation” bus tour through the state.

Hell, man, I’d treat it like a Super Bowl party and invite people over. Grill some ribs and burgers, cook some chili, get plenty of beer, chips, salsa, and tailgate the whole thing.

LOL! What a joke. The memory that sticks in my mind the most about Joe Biden is the one where he came down to South Carolina in 2012, put on his best black accent, and said to his black crowd: “The Republicans, they gonna put all y’all in chains!” Disgusting. The man makes me ill.

Will Kerry hop in a copter to his boat in Rhode Island and sail down the coast to Carolina?

This may be a little off-topic, but seeing that slogan on the side of Biden’s bus reminded me of how powerful Trump’s “Make America Great Again” slogan was/is. Biden’s slogan isn’t focused and means nothing. Trump’s, on the other hand, was so simple and direct, it spoke volumes to millions and millions of Americans. (For what it’s worth, I also loved how the slogan tweaked Obama.)

The Dims are running a campaign based solely on their hatred of Donald J. Trump. That’ll appeal to 30% of the electorate, but it won’t inspire the rest. I know it’s early, and I’m not counting my chickens before they hatch, but we may be seeing a landslide develop.
