Will we see Bloomberg milking a cow in his next ad? It would be better than the silly gingerbread man.

Yes, all those H-1B Tech Visa holders getting diplomas from online mills in India have sooo much more grey matter than farmers who have worked the land for generations ...SHEESH...
Not to mention all the tech and plant breeding innovations in farming... SHEESH again!

I just started working last year in the agriculture industry in IT. I have developed a deep respect for farmers. They are true entrepreneurs. Every year they have to borrow a bunch of money for machines, fuel, fertilizer, crop insurance, etc. They roll the dice every year. Nothing is guaranteed. The last couple of years of flooding have been devastating for them here in the Midwest. One more year of flooding would be really, really, really bad, and it looks like it’s coming.

Done both. Nobody who has ever tried it will tell you farming is easy. Or rather, farming successfully is easy.

I grew up in a rural area. Farmers can be simple. But they are usually, tough, resourseful, and hard working. They know how to fix a broken axle on a tractor. They know what they have to do in February. And April. And July. They shovel shit. They apply balm to chapped udders. They understand markets, banks, lines of credit, government regulations. They get up at 4:00 am. They respect the land. They worship on Sundays. They understand nature, city slickers, politicians and con artists.
Sure, they are no nonsense, but I guarantee you that there life is more involved than just sticking seeds in the ground.

What a f’ing idiot-he is not going to influence anyone by insulting all of us in rural America as well as factory workers-and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t have the intelligence or ability to do any of the work we do out here in BFE-or in an auto factory, furniture factory, etc...

My point is that if mini-Mike got the Dem nomination, that quote is going to be played over and over again in ads in Iowa and all ag areas.
