Odd...the new high tariffs on French wine have really killed them, so I’d expect Americans to take advantage of this to fill the market and ramp up their prices.

But I guess it depends on the wine. Perhaps high end wines are the only ones affected, so it wouldn’t have any effect on the bulk wine market.

I don’t think the French sent us much mid-shelf wine anyway. We get more (and much better) affordable wine from Spain.

Spain and Argentina are my go-to Reds when I need to treat myself or impress a guest. ;)

Portland news was blaming Trump’s tariffs for people having to pay more for their wine and possibly not even getting some wines. The SOB’s made it sound like it was going to hurt Oregon wineries. Dirty rotten fake news Portland.
