This 6yo girl was in a special needs class. Yes, the child should’ve been removed from class, if she was throwing a tantrum. But, sedating her and holding her for 2 days at a mental health facility was an over-the-top reaction. Agreed.

Yogafist - I’d like to know, too. 6 is young, but I taught (briefly but way too long) in the public schools here in Los Angeles, and figured it would be more lucrative and way less stressful to walk the streets. There may be some interesting variables here.
