A Michael Bloomberg adviser was cut down to size by a New York Times reporter Thursday after trying to claim the Democratic presidential candidate was not self-conscious about his height.
Times White House correspondent Maggie Haberman disputed one reporter's claim that the Bloomberg campaign was secretly happy about President Donald Trump calling the former New York City mayor a "5'4″ mass of dead energy."
"The height thing is one of the few things that actually bothers the candidate," Haberman said in a tweet.
In short order, the tweet drew the ire of Bloomberg senior adviser Tim O'Brien. "The ‘height thing' actually doesn't bother Mike, Maggie," he shot back. "Size matters to Trump. But it's the size of the deficit, the size of Trump's ego, and the scale of our Constitutional crisis that do actually bother Mike."
A lifelong New Yorker who covered city politics for the New York Post and the New York Daily News during Bloomberg's mayoralty, Haberman didn't back down. "I'm going to disagree with you as someone who covered him in his 2001 campaign and for many years after, Tim," she responded. "Typically people who are not bothered don't put down the wrong height on their driver's license."
As the Washington Free Beacon has reported, there is ample evidence the billionaire misrepresented his height, listing himself as a full three inches too tall on his driver's license.
A doctor's note released by the Bloomberg campaign in December indicates the candidate is 5-foot-7. Bloomberg has given wildly contradictory answers about his height, telling reporters at various times he was 5-foot-10, "in the ballpark" of 6-foot-1, and in one unguarded moment in 2006, "a 5-foot-7 billionaire Jew."
Bloomberg was even spotted using a box to boost his height during his first mayoral inauguration. The Daily News reported at the time that the billionaire was "somewhat sensitive about his height."
Mayor Little Gulp should keep his “I know what’s best for all you stupid people” attitude in places like NYC where it belongs.

Bloomberg is pretty thin skined. I have yet to see this guy debate, sit down for any kind of interviews, have any kind of press conferences where he has to answer questions. His total campaign consists of photo ops, all kind of ads, and nothing else. I suspect when he finally has to do what all the other candidates do he will fade like a lead weight.
What did Mike list as sex/ gender?

If you scroll down to Measurements, it states:
“Height: 5 feet 9 inches (estimated)” I would not want whoever did the “estimate” to do a construction job for me.
Thus Trump's comment. Make bloomie get testy and say things before thinking. All the conservative pearl clutchers, including some of his defenders on the radio seem to have forgotten that Trump only says "inappropriate" things with particular effects in mind; he understands his targets.

Assuming it’s real, there’s no way this guy is 5’7. (Rudy is apparently 5’9 and Trump 6’3).
Maybe he really is 5’4, regardless of what’s claimed on Google and elsewhere..
He knows he cannot hold up in debate with an instinctive street fighter like DJT, If he gets the Nomination which he will have bought and paid for I expect him to abjure the “required” debates. He is confident that he can buy his way into the White House without them. A billion dollars worth of advertising will swamp everybody else’s advertising. He doesn’t seemed to have learned from a recent failed SocialDemocrat campaign.
And thanks to Trump’s Olympic class trolling, Mini-Mike can’t get anywhere near a box for the debates.
From now on if any Trump voters see mini Mike, they need to start shouting

He’s a typical short ethnic NYC type. We are a dime a dozen.
His response to all this reminds me of Obama’s short temper when people knocked his big ears.

are you sure he is actually that tall? I thought he was around 5’ even or so? He has a Napoleonic complex to go with his lack of vertical stature.
