Now, as to Cates’ words from PB, It builds on what was said here and ochokun regarding the Bureaucratic Order for cost reduction.
My memory of the Order sprang from what I read in the media and ochokun about the staff reduction at NSC (common word that triggered my brain was “reduction”). Your reproduction of the Cates article may have been part of it. I say may cuz, when I see “Cates”, I usually scroll right by without visiting. Could be a word got planted in my brain as they whizzed by.
So, yes I saw your post and it builds on previous information we had. We’re still building, too.
