Everytime I drive past this barrier, my Tesla autopilot wants to drive into it. See, just like this . . . crash!

An Apple Engineer? I would presume he should have been aware of the limitations of software and been more skeptical. I would never rely on autopilot...

That location is a tricky freeway intersection with lots of cross traffic and commuter traffic
No one should ever use Auto pilot in that area

So the autopilot is great, provided you stay awake and alert, you avoid distractions, you are sober, and ready to react to things in an instant.
Remind me again of the reason you need an autopilot?
