You can find this little fun word game, to combat early dementia and senility in us baby boomers, in several daily publications.
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and any tips you might give the group on how you solve these puzzles as puzzle solvers love to hear how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for todays Cryptogram.
If you need a little help you can copy the cryptogram and paste it to Hals Helper below:
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper.
Solution to our last puzzle:
WHEN ALL CANDLES BE OUT, ALL CATS BE GREY. JOHN HEYWOOD
I admit, that yesterdays CG stumped me.
About 1 and 1/2 min. After the first word, it got out of the way to let me get to the finish.
Easy, less than a minute. First word, and keep on truckin’...
First word did it.
Hint for todays CG:
Think of Trump
2 min. Didn’t have any real issues, the 11st word is what you’d expect.
“Make Cryptograms Great Again.”
I’ll pass on this one...

A snap compared to yesterday's.
Gross
I got it, in my local newspaper. However it took me all day looking at it from time to time. “All” was the key for me.
Once you get a word, it unravels quickly. There are a couple of good places to guess to get started.
Quick & Easy! To make up for the ones that were so difficult I gave up on them! LOL Thank you for posting these!
Road construction ahead!

Took about 4-5 minutes today. I got off to a good start but a word kept throwing off track.
