It seems to be white on roads for a while. It then turns brown and some of it eventually turns almost black. Some snow is transsnowrace.

It has been noticed that black snow rarely turns brown and never turns white. Black snow is dominent and the weak white race snow is always decreasing.

Living near the equator is generally easier. You don't have to worry about freezing to death and there is plenty to eat within hand's reach. You just have to avoid being eaten yourself or bitten by a nasty bug.

So for millennia those folks living near the equator had "Equatorial Privilege".
