All of the autos, airplanes and coal fired power plants can be removed and it would not make much difference until a cork big enough to plug the volcanoes is made. We all better hope that the earth is warming instead of cooling. If a Minor Ice Age took effect, the starvation would be immense. In the USA there would be little food grown North of the Red River and other major food production areas of the earth would be frozen out.
