Kerala, India is obviously blessed by God.
I recall a segment on the old “Candid Camera” show where they hooked up a public drinking fountain to a hidden lemon soda machine then filmed the reactions when people stopped for a drink of “water”. Believe me, I could relate to many of the reactions!
