Very good.
Romney is the new hero of the day for the MSNBC crowd. This adulation will last for a few days , then they will go back to hating him anyway.
Foolish, because he's told me all I need to know about the Republicans for after Trump leaves the scene.
Screw the Repukes. I'm never voting "lesser of two evils" after Trump.
For those who are curious about the ‘Tall and Spacious Building’ in Lehi’s dream, it is a reference from the Book of Mormon containing a revelation which a Prophet of God named Lehi in the year +/-600 bc recieved which is known as Lehi’s ‘Tree of Life’ dream.
In the dream, the Tree of Life is the love of God, which is a representation of Christ’s sacrifice and atonement.
The ‘Large and Spacious Building’ is a representation of the love and pride of the world and is a contrasting opposite of the ‘Tree of Life’.
Well done.
I do hope the citizens of Utah pass the state bill allowing Romney to be recalled. Mitt was never a conservative, and the folks in Utah need to realize that fact. Are Mormons conservative? The rest of the country will be watching.
My sincere counsel to you today is to remember the good basic principles we have been taught from the very beginningprinciples of thrift, industry, and integrity that have served mankind in every period of time. Avoid the great and spacious building that is the pride of the world, for it will fall, and great will be the fall thereof. (L. Tom Perry)
Those of us who read our Bibles know about Joseph’s dreams. But of Lehi and his dream we find no such in the Bible. Lehi?
“Mitt, I voted for you...”
Sucker.
Thanks for posting. I hope you actually send it to him!
As an apparently faithful LDS member, what is your take on the situation? Are most Mormons buying the line that it is Romneys faith that moved him to side with the Democrats? Does he have the support of the LDS hierarchy?

Is there a good Mormon with eyes to discern among them? Thats the vast majority in all recent Morons in Congress (minus one or two).
Isn't a jury supposed to vote on the evidence when coming to a guilty or not guilty vote?
He’s certainly an embarrassment.
I share your faith, and am similarly disappointed in Mitt Romney’s vote to remove the president from office. You’re concerned that in so doing, it will paint all LDS as petty and anti-conservative. I would not worry about it so much, I think most (although not all) people who think about this are smart enough to realize that Mitt Romney is his own man, and doesn’t speak for all other Mormons. Mike Lee didn’t vote to convict, nor did Mike Crapo. Tom Udall did vote to convict, although he’s a democrat. But other religions face the same thing, there are plenty of Catholics and Protestants in both parties. And all of the Jewish senators currently serving in the Senate are democrats, except for Bernie Sanders, who is listed as independent, and they all voted to convict. I certainly would not judge all Jewish Americans as being petty and anti-conservative based on the actions of the Jewish senators now serving.
“...you have painted all LDS people as petty and anti-conservative...”
Remember that the next time y’all vote.
Don’t feel bad. I’m Jewish. At least most Mormons vote conservative. They were fooled by Romney just like I was. I just got back from a ski trip in Salt Lake City. Very clean vibrant city. I felt safe walking around at night. There are some homeless but nothing like Sacramento. There are signs at nearly every street corner in SLC advising people not to give money to panhandlers. Instead they provide a link to a list of homeless organizations. Such a simple but great idea. Why can’t cities in California do this? Instead liberals want to enable bums.
