MIAMI Descending from the air, Lady Gaga kicked off a pre-Super Bowl concert by mimicking her entrance to her Super Bowl halftime performance three years ago, which earned her raved reviews.
Headlining the big sports stage was a recurring theme of her Miami concert Saturday night, and the pop star sent a message to Sunday's featured performers: I better hear no lip-syncing tomorrow!.....
So, thank you, said Gaga, who also wowed audiences at the 2016 Super Bowl when she sang the national anthem.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! :-D
Now you’re gettin’ all logical and all! :-D
I can’t remember watching one since the Stones were on, which not only was the best show of any SB but there was absolutely no lip synching. Just lips.
How do you hear lip-syncing?
You “hear” it in your minds eye, naturally.
Bring back “Up With People!”
The only one I would watch is they get Weird Al Yankovic.
And he would be great!
I’m not a fan or Lady Gaga, or of pop music more generally...but she can actually sing well.
Kinda like, Id better not see you kids in the third row throwing gum balls at one another, said Stevie Wonder!
huh?
I remember the sad performance of The Who in 2008 or something- Pete Townshends big old pale white belly hanging out of his Hawaiian shirt . . . they sounded bad too.
I think you see it, not hear it.
Now youre gettin all logical and all! :-D

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! :-D
All y’all are cracking me up! :-D
Not a Gaga fan, but that was the most respectful and sincere version of The National Anthem I ever heard. She earned my respect that day.
There was no skin tight bodysuit and gyrating when Whitney Houston sang the Star Spangled Banner while a studio recording of her singing played.

So, even the great Whitney Houston used the lip synch technique?! I’m no singer, but maybe the quality of a pro’s voice varies by the day. Maybe she wanted to be sure she didn’t have sinus trouble on the big day.
Annddddd she definitely lip-syncing
She was planning to release it as a record. And the hype following the broadcast is that it was so popular that they decided to release it.
