So, what will they do? Strip the MLB championship from them? Is there is a precedent? The most I know about MLB is that the Orioles perpetually suck, and only from a ‘home team’ POV.
In Baseball, sign stealing and attempted sign stealing is as old as the sport itself. There are three main sign stealing categories in Baseball.
1) successfully stealing AND concealing.
2) successful stealing AND getting caught.
3) unsuccessful sign stealing. Caught or not.
So...the lost boys are kicking Peter Pan out of Neverland?
The Red Sox have to grow up and get real jobs now.
This is Hugh!
Really really super series.
Rule 401 (FREs Test for relevant Evidence) states that Evidence is relevant if: it has any tendency to make a fact more or less probable than it would without the Evidence, and, the fact is of consequence in determining the action.
As such, there are three key elements to consider if Evidence is relevant: (i) Any Tendency, (ii) More or less Probable, and (iii) is of Consequence.
In view of the information given in the mrigal post, I do not see how this information meets the criteria to be Relevant Evidence. That said, Rule 403 (FREs) allows a Judge the latitude to make such a determination.
With hope, this is clear. L.R.

Looks like they did most of their cheating on the road.....LOL! They must have used spies.
What doom? They already fired the manager. The league isn’t going to NCAA and vacate any wins. Everything else is just paper nobody cares about.
