I'm in Upstate NY. Last year I grew pickling cucumbers and had a huge crop. The nice thing about these is that you don't have to peel them....just wash and slice. Ummmmm Can't wait.

This year I'm going to try to get a second crop.

I DO need to replenish the supply of Pickle Relish, and I have a friend that makes the best Whiskey Pickles, so I’m working on getting the recipe out of him!

Our Asparagus Patch is in it’s third year now, so I can start harvesting - looking forward to Pickled Asparagus to go with my Bloody Mary mix for Fall Football tailgating. :)
