These guys have always rocked. Perhaps the best live album you never owned is On You Feet or on You Knees

I saw them live (unfortunately the house wasn't packed) and was thrilled. It was a great live show. And if you catch their intro at live shows, you'll hear the voice of Christopher Walken; they have totally embraced the cowbell.

They never would have gotten anywhere without Bruce Dickinson.

DFTR is a great starter song for fairly new guitarists. The opening power chord arpeggios sequence is easy but takes time to master, and the solo is fairly easy.

I have about a 15% hearing loss which is entirely due to a late 1970s BOC concert.

I remember when BOC was a local bar band here called Soft White Underbelly.
That was about 50 years ago.

I saw them as a warm up band for somebody and was shocked how good they were. Better than the main act in my opinion.

Hubby and I *very* rarely go to rock concerts these days, but we did see BLUE ÖYSTER CULT and Kansas (Carry On Wayward Son) about 2-3 years ago in Springfield, MA in a smallish venue. Both bands were awesome!
I think both bands had all or mostly original members. I was actually surprised how good they sounded after all these years.
