have you confirmed you have the latest Flash update?
(when you do the update confirm the security settings)

Fox has atrocious web designers, IMHO they should be flogged. Lead videos don’t always refer to the headline, auto starting, play like crap on the phone.

A long time ago if you wrote to them they did reply in a day or so. There used to be contact places to click on the bottom of the page for tech support.

not sure if these addresses still work:

newsmanager@foxnews.com
viewer.services@foxtv.com

Have you tried searching Fox News on youtube for what you want?

How can I get so lucky?

Fox plays videos in the background and half the time you can’t stop them when you press the pause button.

I would chalk that up to Divine Providence.

I haven't watched a moment of Fox News or Fox Business since the Meagain Kelly ambush on Aug. 6, 2015.

Somebody up there is trying to save you from some anguish and stress.

I too “upgraded” and I just tried and got skunked.
I’ll check my flash player and look back here later.

Clearly, your PC is too PC for FOX.

Java,

Windows 10 supports Flash Player, but only if you use the Microsoft Edge browser.

If you use Chrome, you have to manually install Flash Player.

I use Edge, which works fine on Fox News.

I have never used Chrome - so, you may have to do something more than just download it to make it work.

Check the Chrome website for advice if Flash does not fire up immediately.

Fugetaboutit. Fox has some idiots in their IT department and they use crappy DRM that doesn’t work 3/4ths of the time. They think their clips are platinum and prevent so many views.

Hell, just look at the design of their clips page. Obvious their web people are idiots.

Lets put flaky DRM on clips from the the top shows on cable news to prevent viral advertising!!

GENIUS!!!! Not!

Download the Brave browser. It is superior in nearly every way. Brave is what Firefox used to be. Chrome is awful for anything but casting.

I also had issues with Foxnews videos running on Win10 and Chrome - it was due to a blocker - in my case Privacy Badger. Once I disabled the blocker for foxnews.com the videos ran fine.

I have since re-enabled the blocker because the auto-start videos on most pages are annoying, and if there is one I want to watch, I generally just view it in Edge.

Hope this helps.

It could be an HTML5 issue. Videos are now moving to the HTML5 format. Maybe there is a setting to allow HTML5?

-- Help please --

I'd say the refusal on the part of your computer is actually the best help you can get. One less wasteland of misinformation.

FWIW: they won’t play on my machines either - any browser (I won’t allow Gargoyle on anything I use). I’ve given up even bothering with fox news...

Why use Chrome? Even Firefox Quantum (inferior to Firefox 59. ESR) is better. Try Firefox Quantum 72.0 portable https://www.firefox-usb.com/
