I also had issues with Foxnews videos running on Win10 and Chrome - it was due to a blocker - in my case Privacy Badger. Once I disabled the blocker for foxnews.com the videos ran fine.

I have since re-enabled the blocker because the auto-start videos on most pages are annoying, and if there is one I want to watch, I generally just view it in Edge.

With NoScript you can “temporarily” turn on just the video API/CDN service element item to view that video.

You can turn off auto-start in Youtube. I agree; it’s annoying.
