CDC now screening passengers (lol, right) from China at over 17 US airports...now including El Paso International, DFW, Houston IAH, Miami Int’l, Hartsfiled Jackson, St Paul, Detroit and Philadelphia.

In reality their pilots union probably raised a proper stink about it and refused.

Apparently most if not all the infected can transmit w/o running fever or any other symptoms for DAYS before they might actually become symptomatic.

Two doctors in Wuhan are suspected cases, were wearing full protective gear when in contact with infected.

Yesterday my wife and I went to the grocery store. There was a chines couple behind us all the way in from the parking lot. They were not “quite” in our personal space. They were a good looking couple, and they were from our local teaching hospital. Last week I would have thought for a second about them.
My wife and I both turned down an aisle at our first chance. I looked at my wife and said, “How racist was that? There is zero % chance they have anything.” My wife just said she didn’t care.
Chlorine wipes run out next. We had some heavy duty ones at the hospital. I had staff wiping down chairs, keyboards, counters, doors, and our bathroom every shift.
I wonder how often they are doing it this week.
Being flu season those were already in short supply at the local stores here.
Fortunately, as long as we have regular old clorox, they’re easy to make.
