That is not the problem. The PROBLEM is they continue to move out of MA to places like NH(my state).

For example, an old house sold in the village of the town I live in last summer for $445K. The new people moved in. I happened to drive by and see the woman looked like an old hippie. Long grey hair in a braid. No make up. Wearing a tie dyed tee shirt. I never saw a husband/man.

I drive by this house frequently on the weekends on the way to the dump/transfer station. They have done a fair amount of rehab work on the house. It looks better than the previous owner. About a month ago a WARREN sign went up. Then about three more. Hence the problem.
