Ann Francke, head of the Chartered Management Institute, said, "A lot of women, in particular, feel left out. They don't follow those sports, and they don't like either being forced to talk about them or not being included."
She continued, [Discussion of soccer] is a gateway to more laddish behavior and, if it just goes unchecked, it's a signal of a more laddish culture. It's very easy for it to escalate from [soccer] talk and chat to slapping each other on the back and talking about their conquests at the weekend."
Firms urged to crack down on office football chat which excludes women.

What if they discuss Megan Rapinoe and women’s soccer, and give equal time? Would that be ok?
I wonder how Monty Python would have dealt with something like this?
The one constant about today’s liberal females:
No matter how trivial the subject, it’s always about THEM!
it must be hard walking around carrying such a chip on one’s shoulder.
God forbid lads engage in laddish behavior. /s

Who cares.
Since when has anyone cared if men feel left out of a conversation at work.
Why do we only have to care about women?

I don’t see any guys complaining about feeling left out when women talk about knitting or soap operas or whatever we women talk about at work.
How do you think I feel when the women at work talk about the latest “Bachelor” episode?
When at work, why not just talk about work?
Not accepting a woman’s request for promotion within a business is discrimination.
Forcing a woman to manufacture a sex harassment claim to get that promotion is an assault on that woman.
Put men in their cage, er place.
Seen and not heard, is that the idea?
Feminazism wasn’t about equality. Neither is homofascism
Monty Python is irrelevant these days. It was plainly apparent while watching the final performance.
Cross-dressing, sissy men, and pointless pontificating hit too close to Leftist party planks these days. They no longer work as punchlines.
“Do you want to come upstairs then?”
Marx doesn’t see the humor in it.
Here, I'll lend you a couple of mine: The first one starts with 'F' and the second one starts with 'O'.
The problem is, not enough people are using these words on these sorts of fiends.
He claimed it was offside.
