When I was a lieutenant at Ft. Knox, KY, the commanding general was a big seafood lover. Some of the best arrays of seafood I've seen in my life were at the Ft. Knox commissary and officer's club.
True, but did you ever check out the countries of origin on the frozen stuff?
Usually from a SE Asian country.
Heck, even Alaskan fish is sent there for processing.
Of course, I picked up some frozen mussels for convenience, and they were from Argentina.
