On Tuesday (Jan. 21), Ozzy Osbourne shocked the rock world by revealing his recent diagnosis with Parkinson's disease, a long-term degenerative disorder of the central nervous system. The news comes after a string of health woes throughout 2019 pushed back the singer's tour dates across the world.

Kinda saw that one coming ten years ago. Hang in there Ozzie. You are loved.
My husband and I heard this on the radio as we were driving home tonight.
My first reaction was, ‘How would you know?’
But I wish him and his family the best.
He’s had the shakes for years and I’ve noticed how stiff his gait is. Not shocked.
Best wishes, Ozzy.

Sorry but, like no one could tell? This guy is like a Home Depot paint shaker for years. Prayers Ozzy
Course his years of heavy drug use didn't help.
“Hes had the shakes for years and Ive noticed how stiff his gait is. “
Docs have had him on a stationary bike for at least 10 years, maybe 20.
He’s known for a long time.
A very talented tenor. One of the best of our era.
“Course his years of heavy drug use didn’t help. “
It had no effect either way.
I’m old enough to remember him belting out songs for Black Sabbath.
If it’s actualy a version of Parkisons at all....The family have been known to hide their real issues behind other issues until it’s so obvious some explanation has to be given.
Ozzy has given this world a tremendous amount of great music. It is time for you ride your fender into the sunset and spend the rest of your days enjoying your grandkids.
He has a most unique voice.
That's like me remembering that Paul McCartney played bass in a band before Wings.
Fun fact - Ozzy's favorite band is the Beatles.
Biting the heads off of bats leads to Parkinsons.
Went from being a Monkees fan to loving Black Sabbath in a matter of a year. I was hooked with BS 1.
The very first concert I ever saw at 15yrs old was:
Wild Turkey (Jethro Tull derivative and members)
Yes with Wakeman
Black Sabbath
At Winterland auditorium in San Francisco 1971.
Black Sabbath blew everyone off the stage. No contest, they were the headline band. Extraordinary show.
Yes, Ozzy actually wore a western jacket with fringe.
This show is documented on the internet in multiple instances, with audio. I still cannot find video.
It was spectacular. And it solidified my taste in music.
Nothing but Beatles, Beethoven, Brahms and Black Sabbath.
Gotta make those minor keys roar.
Had I lived his life and put all the crap in my system he has, I’d have been dead or in a “home” years ago!
please tell me Ozzy did not wear a cowboy hat. That is a picture I never want to see. If he did, LIE TO ME! LOL
Other than the Beatles and Jimi Hendrix, what more could a person ask for?
