I worked on a case where the guy got convicted on very thin evidence of child molestation. Yes, most people in prison are guilty, but not all.
Well said
Like I told the doc, if I gotta be a gimp, I'll pimp my gimp in style. A tweed Irish flat cap as an accessory, maybe?
Canes that do not have things like metal inserts including swords or club-like handles can be taken anywhere, including secure areas. They must be allowed to be used by their owner due to the American with Disabilities Act or the venue can be potentially subject to large fines.
May I suggest you do a search on “Cane-Fu” for use of canes as both offensive and defensive weapons.
I hope the cane is not damaged too much!
Justice served.

I posted something similar (link above) in response to the first pedophile in this attack dying.
“If someone deserves the death penalty then the citizens and the state needs to have the courage to administer it.”
First, in Kennedy v. Louisiana (2008), the Supreme Court exceeded their authority and ruled that the death penalty is unconstitutional in all cases that do not involve murder or crimes against the State. The legislative option was closed out by an activist court exceeding their authority.
Second, I agree 100% that we have a moral responsibility to keep even the worst prisoners safe once we remove their ability to defend themselves. I have no objection to parents who kill these predators in the process of stopping the attack, but our government should not look the other way on what happens behind bars.
.
Extra meat loaf tonight for him.
Hell, I’ll give him my desert too!
