In a bid to fill thousands of new positions this year, Germanys federal police (Bundespolizei) has lowered requirements for recruits, according to a media report published Monday.
The newspapers of the Funke Media Group reported on the changes, noting that physical fitness requirements as well as the language level in exams have been changed. [ ]
For recruits looking to join the middle-level of police service, authorities have also slightly raised the number of mistakes they are allowed to make in the test in order to still secure a passing grade.
Police recruits in this level could go on to provide security at demonstrations or patrol airports and train stations as well as customs checks on Germanys borders. [ ]
By lowering the language standards for the federal police exam, German authorities hope to appeal to other EU citizens, the report noted.
The physical fitness portion of the test has also been changed to replace standing long jumps and pushups with shuttle runs. Theyve also scrapped height requirements for men and women who apply.

Wink, wink
Muzzie policemen. Ought to get interesting.
In fact it is a beginning of the end of any ‘multicultural’ society. Former Yugoslavia and Soviet Stans are great example. Takeover of law enforcement in some areas by the Albanians in the former and with the locals in the latter case led to a rapid deterioration of law and order and of civilization itself.
Muslim tribalism is a very strong thing. They’d let their people to get away with anything but other people trying to protect themselves from it would get maximal punishment.
If they wanted more Mohammadens in the police-force they would have got them by now what with the millions of Turkish “guest workers” who speak fluent German.
This is to get policemen from Poland, Romania, Bulgaria
