Wow.

I guess people take the age of the car battery into consideration when buying a used electric vehicle.

An engine and transmission can go a long time and be good.

sounds like these batteries have a shelf life.

8 years or 100,000 miles.

Average driver drives 15,000 miles a year, which would be 6.6 years.

They won’t cover the battery more than 8 years even if you drive very little. Interesting.

It was the same thing when I bought a riding golf cart. It was a used old cart i bought from a golf cart business, but the deal was to install brand new batteries. I used that golf cart for 7 years without a problem, playing 4 rounds of 18 every week on average.
