I did remember this from a couple of years ago so who knows if we're going to be test subjects here. The last one was at the KS/OK border. There was enough protests they cancelled it back then.

My understanding is that the separate Caucuses can met in private without being subject to Sunshine Laws, or FOIA requests. If there’s a need for secrecy, seems a logical way to ensure confidentiality in a legal fashion. TBD-down the road maybe.
