Raniere and his lawyers will still get a list of full names (no doubt Keith knows them all), but they won’t be part of the pubic record. Revealing their names would put them at risk from Claire and Sara Bronfman’s ‘lawfare’ teams of lawyers.

After that ruling, I'd guess they could but they'd probably PO that judge right much. (Like maybe Contempt of Court for every lawyer in sight?)
