If the pens were paid for with government money, it should be possible to find the vendor's name, and the requisition.

The requisition should then have the specs for the pens. I know I've never seen a pen in my life that looked like that.

Then we can figure out who ordered the bullet design.

Posting not only blind, but deaf also! LOL! All I have in front of me on this topic is the above. I’m surmising (because I don’t want to lose my current net connection by following the link to the reply which took place encouraging your comment) that the NP signing pens were bullet-formed. If my surmise is incorrect, I’m saying in my best Rose Rosanadana voice, (or was it Emily Netilla) “NEVERMIND!” LOL!!

Unfortunately, there may not be a manufacturer to turn to, grey_whiskers. :-(
They can be home made. It is difficult to believe that they would be so stupid as to do the normal govt requisition process. FWIW:

https://www.pennstateind.com/store/bullet-cartridge-pen-kits.html

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5574933636&toolid=10001&campid=5336728181&customid=&mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Eebay%2Ecom%2Fb%2FBullet-Pen%2F165638%2Fbn%5F7023259760

Amazon apparently also sells them- I could not follow the link without losing the net connection I have right now, so I don’t know if the ones they sell are homemade or made by a known manufacturer:

https://www.amazon.com/Design-Gifts-BC29520-Rifle-Bullet/dp/B00MU043S8

Youtube even has clips showing how to make them:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g321yFvr744

My guess is that whoever made the pens made them homemade. Perhaps it was a personal purchase, and not directly through the government.

But still, Q has convinced us that these people are stupid, so perhaps your scenario of checking out the govt requisition and the manufacturer has merit after all.

Pens probably came from the same place as Pelosi’s Bullet bracelet.
Remember that? Her too-cute-by-half symbol, for opposing the existence of Gun Rights. Don’tcha know.

Now the old cougar opposes the existence of TRUMP, but using pens with the same bullets she says she opposes.

Hypocrite. “ Symbolism will be their downfall.”

PS: HANNITY did at least mention the Bullet Pens, last night.
(It’s still quiet on the msm tee vee that I had to wonder if the Bullet Pens will be saved for Mention at the coming Hoax Trial.
