Florida man who spat on Florida man with MAGA hat gets jail time: report

A Florida man who was arrested last October now faces 90 days in jail after pleading no contest to battery charges from when he spat on another Florida man who was wearing a pro-Trump MAGA hat.

Matthias Ajple, 43, made the plea and was found guilty and sentenced Thursday to 90 days in the Indian River County Jail as well as to have no further contact with the victim and pay the victim $155 plus probation , according to the report from Newsweek.

And in Tucson a judge sentenced a man to 12 days for breaking the ankle of a man wearing a MAGA hat. The man’s ankle had 4 breaks and required extensive surgery and months of rehab.

A further explanation. An assault is the placing someone in fear of an immediate battery. A battery is an unwanted physical touching. The spitting is a battery.
Finally there are consequences to violent democrats & other liberals.
