if you don’t look, and you don’t take the sort of girly ethos of the music to heart too much...and you just listen...one thing is clear.

Ditto. Boy George is one of a kind - and he’s been a very savvy businessman, hasn’t ended up on the streets or dead from drugs (been sober for many, many years now) or killed by a jealous luv-ah.
More people need to channel their craziness into something productive. ;)
