Joe Biden said he 100 percent supports a national ban on plastic bags.
Heres the key exchange:
Voter at town hall: When I go back to Kenya, we dont even use plastic bags or plastic papers. Its not allowed, because we are trying to clean the ocean. And I think here in America, we are not trying to do that, to support the environment. And so, whats your view? I mean, whats your focus? Because in Kenya, we are trying to clean the environment. No plastic bags, you go with your own bags.
Biden: Well I agree with you 100 percent. We should not be allowing plastic. And what we should do is phasing it out.

And who exactly is telling you, you can't use "frickin' retards" anymore?
Leftist frickin' retards?
Ignore them. They're frickin' retarded. 🤪
I guarantee you that Biden supported banning paper bags when that was the environmental issue du jour.
Agreed. If people would just exercise a thimbleful of common sense, it would be a moot issue. DOA. I’m a fairly avid angler, and I always try to leave the local fishing holes a little tidier than I found them. I’ll pick up broken line, bait cups, all that jazz, and drop them into the garbage can at the parking lot. But I’m not going to play Ranger Rick, go plant wildflowers, and lecture everyone else how to behave.
All politicians are guilty of this, but the further left you go, the more prominent it is: Finger, meet wind.
Hey, democrats in Virginia are trying to make our state more like Kenya.
I’m pretty sure they will be passing their bag ban soon. Although it won’t be a ban, it will be some weird “charge 5 cents a bag” thing, when none of the stores currently have a way to charge for plastic bags.
We recently had to take in our two year old granddaughter to live with us full time.
We recycle the plastic bags from the grocery store to dispose of her dirty diapers in after she soils them.
Better that than just throwing them away empty. 😂
Then there is the cruise ship industry. Carnival Corporation has been slapped with a $20-million penalty for dumping raw sewage and plastic laden garbage into the ocean. This is the second time since 2016 they have been caught. How much do other ships do the same?
I looked for photos of ships dumping plastic waste into the ocean, and have found nothing. I think there is an effort to hide such practice by night dumping. However, the below photo shows the evidence:

Those who are late do not get fruit cup!
Joe doesn't have an original thought in his head. He'll run with anything he thinks will get him votes.
Using ‘kitchen trash bags’ to live the garbage that foes to the Waste Management can every week is the only way they will pick up the can....IIRC.
They won’t pick up LOOSE items in the can because when they unload the large truck at he landfill, those loose items go flying all around.
Since most of these elite Dems have ‘staff’ to handle the things the rest of us deal with on a daily basis-—they don’t even know what they are talking about. When is the last time Biden took a bag of kitchen trash out to the WM green can for pickup???
I drink a lot of flavored fizzy waters. Which used to be called seltzers in less pretentious times.
I use wine bags to make six packs.
Bags like those linked below came out a while back. What did California do? Ban any bag that says ‘biodegradeable’ !! And insist we use (purchase for 10cents each) plastic bags that are 5x as thick as the original plastic bags and 5x more non-biodegradeable.
So we don’t need lectures from Biden or anyone else about ‘not allowing plastic’. But we would like answers as to who profited from the California legislation.
Exactly! Here in The People's Republik of Connecticut, they recently (and abruptly) banned plastic bags. (I saved a ton of old ones in my basementt, lol) If you forget your germy reusable bag, you are charged 10 cents for a paper bag.
If I buy poultry or some time of meat or fish product that might leak, I simply use the plastic *produce* bags and ties that the supermarket provides for free (amazingly they're not banned yet).
What's the point of banning plastic shopping bags, when there is still so much plastic in use? Plastic produce bags, plastic to wrap food items, etc. And people are buying plastic Glad, Hefty, etc. bags to line their wastebaskets, etc.
It's all so insane. FYI: You can still order plastic shopping bags on Amazon and Uline.com. Probably other sites as well.
Well, he needs to calm down. He sounds hysterical.
We have to ban coding. Code is racist.
actually I would go along with this one... there is way too much plastic bag usage... totally not necessary. bring back paper bags! not reason water cant come in cartons like milk used to either...
Yeah, I'm old, white, and cranky.
