Went back and read the whole pean to this affirmitive action hire and there isn’t a word about any good shes done anywhere. Good luck Philly. Your top cop is someone who’s never had to be any damn good at anything.
I have no idea about her background. She has the things to protect her from the left (color, sex, etc.) but I’m hoping that she may be one of these people who is realistic about the problems.
I live in Jacksonville, FL - which has a very low crime rate except for some areas that one year gave it the highest murder rate in the country. And it was all black kids shooting black kids. The people in that neighborhood have an organization, very tragic in my mind, “the parents of murdered children.” They have engravings on a wall of the names of these kids.
But the sad thing is that they were all killed by other kids or young adult males, that is, their neighbors, including some whose names are probably on the wall.
That has got to be dealt with. Maybe she can do it, I only hope so.
