In addition to Google YouTube TV, I have Roku on both TV’s. So I also have Netflix, Amazon Prime, and etc.
I hope DirectTV, Dish, Comcast Cable, Time Warner Cable et al dry up and die. For decades consumers demanded cafeteria style options. They refused. Now with HDTV streaming on internet options, we can finally pick and choose what we want at less than half the cost!
All the streaming services you want cost as much as cable so you can realistically support about four of them.
I picked up Disney + but I dont know if the forthcoming HBO Max and the Peacock are worth it. And dont forget Apple *.
I have only limited $$ to throw at streaming services.
It would cost $20,000 to get internet at my MIL house...waiting for something better, and DISH is ONLY option now.
Not me, rural customers have no other choice, and the more competition the better.
